Option 1 - Web-based demonstrations
We can provide
you with a demonstration of our software over the Internet. No installation is required!
All you need is a computer with Internet access and a nearby phone so we can converse
during the demonstration. (A speakerphone is useful when several attendees will
be present.) We can also provide simultaneous demonstrations for up to 4 separate
locations at one time (e.g., if you have multiple facilities, branch offices, etc.
that may wish to participate).

Approximately five minutes before the demonstration is to begin, your HOS representative will contact you by phone.

instructions to view the demonstration
Option 2 - Software is downloaded from our website:
- Download Ascend-HI_Trial.MSI (approximately 80 MB) to a directory on your computer.
- After the download is complete, launch Ascend-HI_Trial.MSI and install the program using the default settings.
- Upon completing the installation, you should be able to use the program for 30 days.
- Logon User is Trial User and password is Trial.

Option 3 - You already have the Trial Version but want
to update to the latest version:
If you have already installed the trial version, follow
the steps below for downloading and updating your version.

IMPORTANT: The update will not install unless you place
the UPDATE.EXE file in the \Ascend-HI\UPDATE folder on your Ascend-HI server machine. |
- Download UPDATE.EXE to the \Ascend-HI\UPDATE directory
on your Ascend-HI server or download UPDATE.EXE and move it to the \Ascend-HI\UPDATE
directory on your Ascend-HI server.
- Start Ascend-HI, go to Utilities and select Update,
then Unpack Update. Note: Make sure all workstations are not running Ascend-HI or
the update will fail.
- Once the first workstation is updated, other workstations
will be prompted to update when the user logs in.

Option 4 - Software is mailed to you on a CD:
