for downloading and updating your system:
- Download Update.EXE to the \Ascend-IP\Update directory, usually located in the Program
Files directory on your server.
- the Update.EXE to unpack the contents of the file. The files will default to
unzip in the current directory, which needs to be the \Ascend-IP\Update directory.
- Start Ascend-I.P. and enter your password. The program should detect you have downloaded
a new update and it will copy the latest version from the server to the workstation.

Problems downloading? Occassionally Microsoft Internet Explorer
does not download the latest update from the website. Since the updates are named
the same, it "downloads" the last one you downloaded which is stored in your temporary
internet folder on your computer. If you experience this problem, delete your history
and cache in Internet Explorer (an option found under Internet Options) and try
downloading again.
